I promise not to disclose
your private information to any third party except if required to do so by
law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with
legal process, respond to claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety
of CampDelaware.com users or the public. I take all reasonable care in
handling your personal information to ensure its security both offline and
online.
Types
of Information I Collect
You
are free to browse CampDelaware.com.com without submitting any personal
information at all. Your IP address (your current Internet address) is stored
in the server logs at the time of your visit, as it is on all web sites. I do
not collect any personal information (such as a name, address or e-mail
address) when you visit the site unless you register for the message board or
mailing list or if you decide to take part in the Alumni personal page and
contact list (It is important to note that when you provide personal
information (e.g., last name, address, phone number) in a online posting that
that information is visible to anyone, and may be used by someone in a manner
unintended by you. For that reason, I discourage you from posting any personal
information on this or any message board and or Website.).
Message
Board Registration
You may read the message
boards without registering, but you must register to post. You must provide a
real email address (not a free web-based email address) when you register. You
can configure the board not to display your email address to other users. My
Message Board is maintained by EZBoard.com
which has its own policies. Please read the EZBoard.com
privacy policy as well as their EZBoard.com
Terms of Use before signing up.
Mailing
List Registration
If you sign up for my mailing
list you will have to supply an email address. My mailing list is maintained
by Yahoo! Groups which has its own policies. Please read the Yahoo!
privacy policy before
signing up.
Purchasing
/ Shopping - Registration
There will be items for sale on our website
from third parties (linked websites Non-related Marketers), and Bryan Bowden
Designs, and from CampDelaware.com (Marketing Partners). Currently we do
not manufacture any items for sale via our websites and online stores.
All of these items are presented via an independent entity called CafePress.com.
These items are currently maintained by our online store located at CafePress.com/theCanteen.
When making a purchase from CafePress.com
you will need to register with them and are subject to their own User
Agreement, Privacy
Policy, Shipping
and Returns, and other Terms. I urge you to read each prior to
making a purchase / use of these areas and services.

It is important to
note that when you provide personal information (e.g., last name, address, phone
number) in a online posting that information is visible to anyone, and may be
used by someone in a manner unintended by you. For that reason, I discourage you
from posting any personal information on this or any message board and or
Website.
Any
information given for Publishing on, and or, Posting To, the website / message
boards / Alumni Information Page (AIP), is done so at your,
(You and Yours will refer to the Poster, Requester, Submitting
individuals) free will and with your permission to publish.
CampDelaware.com and Bryan Bowden takes no responsibility for the accuracy of
this information provided to us for publishing via any means of delivery;
CampDelaware.com and Bryan Bowden takes no responsibility for any Loss to the
individual and or entity and or both for - Personal, Financial, Professional,
public and private and any other forms or types to the individual, Entity
or other .
At any point in time You or an
Individual want, all or part of a published posting, to be removed from
the website then you must send to Campdelaware.com a detailed email request
(send to CampDelawareMail@aol.com)
informing CampDelaware.com what specific information must be removed.
Once the Removal Request is received by Campdelaware.com – your removal
request will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent back to you to
inform you that the removal has been processed).
Cookies
The message boards use
browser cookies to keep track of which messages you have read, your login, and
other information about your session. Cookies are small pieces of text that
are stored on your hard drive between visits. For example, I use a cookie to
store your username and password so you don't have to re-enter them each time
you visit. These cookies do not collect, store or maintain any private,

the board's functionality), and you can choose to refuse the cookies, delete

Alumni to post anything they wish (within reason) however we reserve the right
to REMOVE any posting and DOCK members whose conduct on this message board is
found to be offensive, threatening, harmful / causing harm – in any way
shape or form, to any and all members of this community within this community
service and via electronic mailing to other members that we are made aware of.
As a user of this Community board – you the user are responsible for your
action! Let freedom ring but remember to use proper discretion.
